Tulle Tutu's

These Tulle Tutu's are customizable, you can choose any combination of colors.  I make them on Satin Ribbon which you tie a bow to close.  The bow can be worn in the front or the back.  I can also make them with elastic, just remember that the elastic can turn after being worn so some adjustment may be required after time.
